Booking Policies

The following conditions apply to accommodation bookings made by you through your usage of http://www.bshan.co.uk. BShan Apartments may alter these conditions at any time.

Check-in: 14:00 - 15:00 / Check-out: 09:00 -11:00

Making a booking
It is your responsibility to submit accurate information and mention any special requirements at the time of booking. In order to maintain our quality control and safety policies we only accept reservations for which the guest name and card holder name are the same. Guests must also provide photo ID upon arrival.

Modifications
It is free to modify. Modifications must be made in advance of the cancellation period (30 days) to avoid the late cancellation fees.

Cancellations and Non-Arrivals
If you have booked the 'Free to Cancel' option then it is free to cancel before the late cancellation period. If you cancel within the late cancellation period, or do not arrive,  the accommodation may charge for the full stay. Late cancellation period starts: 30 days before your check in date. You will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation in the 30 days before arrival.

Non-refundable bookings
Modifications can only be made for additional nights or rooms. Cancellations and non-arrivals result in the loss of the full payment of your Non-Refundable Offer. 

Children and extra beds policy
Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 15 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Other facilities
Internet: WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
Pets: Pets are not allowed
Parking: No parking available

The fine print
Please ensure the apartment is securely locked when you are out and that you take keys with you, as reception may be closed at certain times.
Guests are requested to inform the property of their expected arrival time. This can be noted in the Special Request box when booking. Late check-in cannot be guaranteed (please send a request when making the booking).
Upon departure please leave all keys on the reception desk if checking out before reception opening hours. There will be a charge of GBP 40 per front door key if lost or un-returned key or lost in transit.
Please note that only the number of guests indicated at booking can enter the apartment.
Apartments have a daily housekeeping service.
Towels and bed linen are changed twice weekly or by arrangement.
Reception opening times are Monday to Friday, 09:00 until 21:00 and Saturday and Sunday 09:00 until 19:00.
Please note Two-Bedroom Apartment is located on the fourth floor. The lift only takes guests up to the third floor, therefore guests are required to walk up a set of stairs between the two floors.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of GBP 600 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Privacy Policy
We take your privacy extremely seriously. It is protected through the use of SSL encryption. Contact, booking and payment details will only be used to process your reservation and provide customer service in relation to your reservation.
